FinHarmony 2027 Finance, Accounting, and Management Training Catalog

The FinHarmony 2027 catalog is now online: more than 150 courses in finance, accounting, and management

The FinHarmony 2027 training catalog is now available. With more than 150 training courses across 11 fields, this new edition significantly expands the offerings for finance departments, accounting and management control teams, HR departments, and managers who work with finance.

IFRS, consolidation, management accounting, financial analysis, cash management, taxation, data and AI, finance for non-financial professionals… FinHarmony’s traditional areas of expertise remain at the heart of its curriculum. But the 2027 edition also marks a new milestone with a section entirely dedicated to general accounting, new hands-on training courses, and a new certification track in Corporate Finance.

The goal remains the same: to enable companies to develop skill-building pathways tailored to the realities of careers in finance, rather than simply stringing together training programs without any continuity.

More than 150 finance, accounting, and management training programs in 2027

In one year, the FinHarmony program expanded from more than 110 to more than 150 professional training courses.

The 2027 catalog now covers 11 major areas:

  • non-financial reporting;
  • Finance for Non-Financial Professionals;
  • financial analysis;
  • financial management, cash flow, and business plan;
  • performance planning and management;
  • data analytics and AI applied to management;
  • management and soft skills for finance professionals;
  • general accounting;
  • International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
  • consolidation and reporting;
  • taxation.

This broad range of offerings responds to a very tangible shift in finance departments. The skills expected are no longer limited to mastery of a specific standard or tool. Teams must simultaneously ensure the security of accounting information, improve performance management, make better use of data, engage with business units, and adapt their practices in step with regulatory and technological changes.

The 2027 catalog was therefore designed as a tool for skill development, useful both for selecting individual training courses and for creating a professional development plan for a finance team.

New for 2027: a comprehensive section dedicated to general accounting

This is one of the major changes in this edition.

FinHarmony now dedicates an entire section to general accounting training, with programs that cover everything from learning the fundamentals to mastering more specialized procedures.

The courses offered include, among others:

General Accounting – Level 1, to learn the main accounting principles; General Accounting – Level 2, focusing on day-to-day transactions and the sales tax; General Accounting – Level 3, focusing on month-end closings and inventory transactions.

The services also include accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, preparation of annual financial statements, electronic invoicing, mergers, internal controls, and accounting and financial audits.

The challenge is not merely technical. In many companies, accounting teams today must balance the need for reliable financial statements with shorter closing cycles, process transformation, and evolving tools. Developing new skills has therefore become integral to the function’s operational efficiency.

What's New in Corporate Finance, Cash Management, and Corporate Finance

The FinHarmony 2027 catalog also expands its offerings in corporate finance and financial management.

Among the new offerings is a Corporate Finance certification program, organized into four modules. It complements FinHarmony’s existing certification programs on IFRS and consolidation.

Another new offering: a training course focused on the bank-business relationship, designed to provide a better understanding of how this relationship works, its dynamics, and the financing challenges involved.

Teams can also deepen their expertise in business planning, corporate financing, cash flow, treasury management, foreign exchange risk, financial instruments, and financial modeling with the Cash Model®.

For industrial companies, a new training program “Industrial Investment Strategy: Deciding on and Managing Projects” expands the finance curriculum for non-finance professionals. It addresses a common challenge: how to align investment decisions, operational assumptions, and value creation before committing what can sometimes be significant resources?

Train management controllers on the new challenges of performance management

Management control remains another pillar of the catalog.

Beyond the fundamentals of performance management, these training programs provide an in-depth look at the specific aspects of management accounting in the industrial sector, retail, support functions, and R&D.

FinHarmony also offers a professional development program for Business Partner management controllers.

Logic is important: being a Business Partner isn’t just about presenting numbers in a different way. It requires a solid understanding of economic mechanisms, the ability to analyze variances, the capacity to challenge operational assumptions, and the skill to translate data into decisions that business units can understand.

The catalog therefore combines technical skills with communication skills: dashboards, variance analysis, costing methods, S&OP, as well as the ability to communicate management data and exert influence.

Data and AI: Skills That Are Increasingly Integrated into Finance Roles

Data analysis is no longer a topic reserved for data specialists.

The 2027 catalog includes several training courses designed for professionals in finance and management accounting: Microsoft Power BI, data model design, data culture, financial forecasting, as well as the use of AI applied to financial issues.

The training course "AI and Excel for Finance" focuses, for example, on financial forecasting modeling using Excel and artificial intelligence.

Other programs address a related issue: how to critically evaluate data and models. This is because automating an analysis does not eliminate the need to understand how the data is constructed or to verify the validity of the assumptions used.

For finance departments, the real challenge is therefore not just to adopt new tools. It is to give teams enough autonomy to use them wisely.

IFRS, Consolidation, and Taxation: Maintaining Strong Technical Expertise

FinHarmony's historical expertise continues to play a significant role in the 2027 catalog.

Under IFRS, professionals can take training courses ranging from the fundamentals of IFRS to the application of specific standards: IFRS 18, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9, IAS 19, IAS 36, IAS 37, and IFRS 2.

The IFRS Certificate Program, offered as an intensive course or on a “à la carte” basis, provides a comprehensive, certification-track program for building skills.

In consolidation, the courses cover, among other topics, consolidation principles and methods, changes in the scope of consolidation, purchase price allocation, deferred taxes, foreign currency transactions, and the preparation of cash flow statements and statements of changes in equity.

Finally, the range of tax training courses will expand further in 2027, notably with courses focused on current accounting and tax issues, tax returns, and tax audits, in addition to modules covering corporate income tax, VAT, tax consolidation, Pillar 2, and real estate taxation.

Finance Training for Non-Finance Professionals

Promoting financial literacy is not just the responsibility of employees in the finance department.

The catalog offers several levels of finance training for non-finance professionals, ranging from an introduction to financial terminology and financial statements to the analysis of profitability and investment decisions.

FinHarmony also offers "Finance for Everyone – Income|Outcome® Business Simulations, " a business simulation that allows participants to directly experience the financial consequences of their decisions.

There are also training programs specifically designed for HR managers and sales representatives.

This approach addresses a simple challenge: when a manager has a better understanding of the relationship between revenue, margin, working capital, cash, and investment, the dialogue with the finance department becomes more substantive, and decision-making improves.

In-person, distance learning, e-learning, and in-house training: a variety of formats to build your learning path

A training program is only truly useful if it can be integrated into the teams’ organizational constraints.

Most FinHarmony training courses can be taken remotely. Participants can also attend in-person training sessions and access fully digital learning paths.

Training sessions can be organized in-house, tailored to the specific roles, tools, schedule, and skill level of the teams.

The catalog also includes e-learning modules that can be used directly on the FinHarmony platform or integrated into a company’s LMS, particularly in SCORM format. Custom content can also be developed to meet specific needs for onboarding, job-specific training, or professional development.

FinHarmony also offers several certification programs: the IFRS Certification Program, the Consolidation Certification Program, and the Corporate Finance Certification Program.

A Guide to Building Finance Skills for 2027

Choosing a training program is still essential. Knowing which skills to develop, for which employees, and in what order is just as important.

That is why FinHarmony supports finance and HR departments beyond a one-off training approach. From skills assessments and the selection of training methods to progressive learning paths and manager involvement, the goal is to align learning with real-world situations encountered on the job.

The training programs draw on experts from the business world, practical case studies, and role-playing exercises that help participants connect concepts to their practical application.

The 2027 catalog also provides a complete schedule of scheduled sessions to help plan for registration and develop the training plan for the year.

You have the challenges; we have the training.
