This course is designed to strengthen corporate performance management and management dialogue. It provides techniques for using data, putting it into visual form using the dataviz standard, and structuring messages to increase their impact. A practical workshop in sub-groups enables participants to apply the tools and new skills by producing a production that can be reused in the workplace.
Pedagogy and assessment methods
Before: self-assessment quiz
During the session : alternating theoretical developments, illustrations and case studies. Several Excel templates are provided, as well as practical worksheets. At the end of the day, a workshop is held to put the acquired skills into practice.
Afterwards: the trainer is available to answer any questions relating to the training.
