Exceptional FNE-FORMATION scheme linked to Covid-19: your training courses 100% covered by the STATE

As part of the COVID 19 crisis, FNE-Formation is putting in place an exceptional scheme to develop skills and boost employees' employability!

Key points of the FNE-Formation system:

  1. All companies with employees on part-time working (no size, sales or business sector criteria).
  2. All employees except those on apprenticeship or professionalization contracts.
  3. All training courses taking place during periods of employee inactivity. Not eligible are training courses covered by the employer's general safety training obligation (Articles L. 4121-1 and L. 4121-2 of the French Labor Code).
  4. Retention of trained employees for at least the duration of the agreement.
  5. Actions can be carried out both face-to-face and remotely.
  6. 100% of training costs are covered:
    • Automatic reimbursement if the cost of training is less than €1,500 inc. VAT, i.e. €1,250 excl. tax (above €1,500 inc. VAT, reimbursement is still possible, but requires a more detailed application).
    • Financial assistance is paid 50% at the start of the project, and 50% after completion and provision of a certificate of completion.
  7. Simplified procedure :
    • In the Ile-de-France region, applications for FNE-Formation grants must be sent directly to the OPCOs. Consequently, in Ile-de-France, the FNE-Formation will not be the subject of an agreement between the Direccte and a company. The company will be able to implement it once it has been notified that the OPCO has agreed to cover the costs.
