It has also given us a wealth of experience in designing pedagogically effective questions.
The FinHarmony e-Quiz tool is available online, and can integrate your logo and be adapted to your corporate identity.
In return, the participant receives an evaluation with comments and pedagogical elements to support the corrections.
As an option, we offer self-evaluation of target skills. In this case, the feedback is complemented by a radar feedback that gives the learner a graphic vision of his or her skills versus the objective result of the assessment.
