What happens if I have to cancel the course?

Up to 10 calendar days before the start of the course, registration may be cancelled or postponed free of charge, provided we are notified. Within this period, in the event of cancellation, the fees paid in advance will be reimbursed in full.
On the other hand, in the event of withdrawal less than 10 days before the start of the course, the registration fee is forfeited in full.

 

What happens if I have to interrupt my training?

The full registration fee is due for all courses commenced.

 

Can I be replaced if I'm unavailable?

Yes, no problem at all. If a registrant is unable to attend, he or she can be replaced by someone from the same company, at any time and free of charge.

Do I need to bring my laptop?

In principle, no. If not, you will be informed when your invitation is sent if it is advisable to bring your own laptop.

 

What time do training courses start in the morning?

Our training courses start at 9am. You are invited to arrive at 8:45 a.m. for a welcome breakfast (hot drinks, orange juice, pastries).

 

What time do training courses finish in the evening?

Our training courses generally finish at 6pm.

 

Are there any breaks during the day?

Yes, training days include a mid-morning break, a mid-day lunch break, and a mid-afternoon break. Hot and cold drinks are available, and participants can also take advantage of the breaks to connect on their phones or laptops thanks to the free wifi our premises are equipped with.

 

Is lunch included in the training day?

Yes.

 

Is it possible to go out for lunch independently of the group?

Of course. While lunch with the group is encouraged, as it fosters exchange, it is never compulsory.

 

Is it possible to have a vegetarian or diet-friendly meal?

The area around our premises, where the training sessions take place, offers a wide range of restaurants. The choice of lunch location is made jointly by the trainer and participants at the start of each session. It is always possible for participants to indicate any dietary restrictions at this point, and the choice of restaurant will then be adapted.

 

Is it possible to organize training on my company's premises?

Yes, all our inter-company training courses can be organized in-house at your company, on a date of your choice. We can also set up a "customized" training program for you, defining the content with you, based on your specific needs.

Can I stay and work on your premises at the end of the day?

Yes, if you wish and make a request to the trainer, you can stay and work in the training room after the end of the session, until 6pm.

 

Will I receive training materials?

Yes, all participants in our training courses receive a full set of training materials (slides booklet for easy note-taking, appendices, illustrations, case studies).

 

Do you provide answer keys for case studies?

Yes, all case studies carried out during the session are the subject of a statement and an answer sheet given to the participants.

 

Can I stay in touch with the trainer after the session to answer questions?

Yes, the trainer is available, preferably by e-mail, at the end of the course to answer any training-related questions.

 

Do you issue a training certificate?

Yes, a training certificate is systematically given to the trainee at the end of the session.
