Why choose this course?

The aim of this workshop is to make financial training fun. In a competitive situation, participants construct their financial position on the game board and interpret the results of their decisions.
The consequences of their strategic decisions are immediate. Participants understand how they contribute (and will contribute) to their company's success.
This course can be the first step in a finance training program for non-financial staff, or adapted as a fun, team-building half-day to launch a corporate seminar.

Teaching and assessment methods

Training references: Finance for All is a hands-on business simulation that connects and engages participants. The game was developed by Andromeda Simulations International in the USA.

Practical details:

- Two versions of the game: face-to-face or remote.
- Participants: 12 minimum and 24 maximum in face-to-face mode (18 in remote mode).
Certified trainers.

During the session: the game board allows you to visualize the links between the balance sheet and the income statement, the cash position, etc.
Participants are grouped into teams and asked to make the best decisions to ensure that their company is sustainable and profitable. As the workshop progresses, trainees become familiar with the fundamentals of finance, while having fun at the same time. The result is a real sense of competition!
A complete booklet presenting the company's structure and concepts is distributed at the start of the session, so that participants can follow their decisions and the resulting financial results.
The numerous exchanges between the teams and the facilitator's interventions help to anchor and ensure the acquisition of knowledge.
Afterwards : the trainer is available at the end of the session to answer any questions relating to the training.
