Background / Issues

Transports publics de la région lausannoise (TL) operates the public passenger transport network in the city of Lausanne and its conurbation.

In "Vision 2025", external and internal transformation axes have been identified to meet the challenges of new mobility needs and user expectations.

The Finance & Purchasing team wants to develop its support role with internal partners to better align it with Vision 2025.

Scope and target

The assignment concerns the Finance & Purchasing department, which includes the Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing and Legal-Insurance functions (17 people).

4 work themes were chosen (team identity, finding a shared common meaning, defining attitudinal agreements and new management methods).

2-day intervention

Numerous team workshops (multi-trade) organized in the form of an itinerary

Provision of numerous tools for developing the future collective project

Results

Elaboration and documentation by the team of the collective project centered around the raison d'être, attitude agreements, new roles and responsibilities (work on an example based on the "Call for tender" process) as well as new modes of governance.
